Exclusive: Southgate should leave win or lose at Euros, says Glen Hoddle
Hoddle said: "If Gareth wins it, he goes. And I think if he doesn't, he'll go."
"Because if he wins it, he's young enough to come back again.
"Go and try his hand in club football, even if he weren't good at it, we'll have him back."
"And it'd be open arms, wouldn't it? If he's won the Euros. Oh, for sure. The FA have won him. The public have won him. So, happy days."

Kieran Tierney looking for Scotland response after Arsenal defender suffers in dismal defeat
It was a difficult night on Friday for Kieran Tierney and his Scotland team-mates.
Three down at half-time, down to 10 men after Ryan Porteous' red card and the sense of Scottish optimism was seeping away.
They would suffer a 5-1 defeat at the hands of the hosts, in the biggest win by a host nation in their opening match at a European Championship tournament.
Tierney said: “It was a difficult night for us. But now it’s a case of looking at what’s next and believing it can still be done.
"The next two teams are good as well but it’s now about us, what we do and what we can do better from Friday night. That’s what we’re focusing on.”

Trent says defence helped him with new midfield role
Trent Alexander-Arnold paid tribute to England's defence for talking him through his Serbia test.
The versatile Liverpool full-back, 25, started in central midfield in Sunday’a 1-0 win over the Balkans in Gelsenkirchen.
The Liverpool full-back said: "I found playing in midfield good.
“It was physically demanding but when you play with the likes of Declan Rice and Jude and with an experienced back four behind you, who communicate excellently, they talk you through the game, so it's hard to go wrong.
“Steve Holland and I have put a lot of work into this position, so I was well prepared and I knew what was asked of me. Hopefully they felt like I executed it, as we got the win at the end of the day."

Lineker bans Richards' phrase
GARY LINEKER stopped Micah Richards from using a famous catchphrase live on air - and then declared that it was banned.
The pair were both on duty for BBC to report onEngland’s 1-0 win over Serbiain their opening Group C clash atEuro 2024tonight.
Before kick off,LinekerandRichardswere talking in the Match of the Day studio in Berlin about what Southgate can do more to win over some certain sections of England supporters.
Richards said: “I think (a warmer reception) comes with him being bold.
“Leaving (Jack) Grealish at home, leaving (Marcus) Rashford (out of the squad). We all would have had Grealish in our squad.
"Maybe fans were thinking ‘he’s a little bit safe’.
“That’s what I would say. But he has done a brilliant job, he really has.
“Harmony in the squad has been brilliant, just now with this emerging talent, if we could just bring it home…”
Right at that point Lineker intervened, declaring that he did not want to hear any talk of football “coming home”.
And he then went on to bar any BBC pundits from repeating that phrase again.
Lineker said: “Here we go… that’s banned, that’s bad luck that thing… don’t say it.”
