Customer service was very well. The cashier Nora, took my order with a smile, and she was very polite.
My food was made freshly in a timely manner.

I'm sorry I came on my e bike to the drive thru in the early morning hours. The manager was really unfriendly when I asked her to order. I'm sure it was the most angry look and tone I've ever gotten from any customer service manager she told me you have to be in a vehicle. Lucky I have a good ear when speaking to English as a second language person's, I understood what she said. If not I'd be left clueless as she slammed the window shut and stood there glaring at me as I rode away. But hey five star rating all around as this is my hometown and I love this place. I guess I'm not in the elite group of Kailua residents that can roll thru on their mopeds and get their ultimate breakfast sandwich without being told off for not being in a beehicko. Thanks though to the manager, at least now I know and I apologize for even trying. With all due respect all I wanted was wanted was some food. I didn't want to put a person in what seemed to be the worst mood ever while they are at work.

Above average service time even while busy. Dining area and bathrooms and dining area were very clean.

This place is my favorite because as a child and broke my brothers and I could feed our selves from the 3 for $1 tacos, that deal is gone but still have good deals, I will keep supporting this venue because it really helped us out to afford food at our lowest point in life.

I always have a good experience when I go here. There's a woman named Kelly that works here and she's such a delightful person. My husband and I always hope that she's working because she has excellent customer service and is very kind.

One of the better fast food chains I've been, just dont go very often. Always have been very satisfied with quality of food. Milkshakes burgers and chicken tenders are all excellent. Typically a clean building as well.

Restaurant and bathrooms clean. Tried the new prime rib burger. Awesome flavor. They kind of hammered my jalapeno peppers, but was just crunchier then usual. Nice decor and the young man at the counter was really nice and helpful.

Open 24 hours ...cant go wrong. Sometimes they have some kind of system updating in the wee hours so if you get the munchies around 2-4am just heads up they might not be able to serve you but it usually closed fo a hour or so. Perfect for night owls and midnight tokers....after s fat joint or dab rips! Ahhhh perfect

It was my 1st visit and I got the pita and onion rings, I loved it for it's quick nice sevice and wished they had one closer🙂

Jack in the box is a great place to eat. Love the food and the oreo cookie shake. Love the curly fries as well.
